American Idol contestant schedules!

Ever wonder what it's like to live the life of an American Idol contestant?

According to TMZ.com (and a document they found), there's no days off for a potential Idol. Here's what they go through every week...

THR: Pick out song & design the performance "look".

FRI: Shop for clothing & accessories needed for performance.

SAT: One-on-one rehearsals with celebrity mentor.

SUN: Film weekly Ford video / commercial.

MON: Rehearsal.

TUES: Dress rehearsal & perform live.

WED: Results show, followed by goodbye dinner for losing contestant.

Reality shows can't top this video...

Big Brother, Real World, even Sanjaya singing on American Idol can't top these insane clips of Mayor Byron Brown's kid slamming into cars and not seeming to care.

WBEN's Barbara Burns posted the video to Newsradio 930 WBEN's website today, shortly after Buffalo's Police Commissioner released them at a press conference.

Clip one is the crash itself (note the car is already damaged).

Clip two starts a little before clip one (with the car speeding by). About 90 seconds into this clip (after the car has been "parked"), the Mayor's son saunters by as if nothing happened.

Pathetic...

American Idol's Simon Cowell TV debut...

Long before American Idol, Simon made an appearance on the game show "Sale of the Century" (the overseas version, not the American one).
