I heard it for the first time in the Lincoln car commercial during Lost last night.I now must own it!
The original from 1983 is by Peter Schilling.
The remake from last night's Lincoln commercial is by Shiny Toy Guns. Unfortunately, it's not available as a single (or as anything) just yet. I'm hoping that'll change very soon.

It really sucks that they don't have this as a single, etc. I think they would really, really become known with this song, it's much better than the 1983 version and that's one of my favorite songs!
